The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resource functions for our international coaching staff and employees. This includes overseeing recruitment, salaries, performance, behavior management, holiday and sick leave tracking, contract management, and ensuring student records are up-to-date and accurate. The HR Manager will work closely with management to ensure compliance with organizational policies and maintain a professional, productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations & Accountability:

  • Monitor and enforce standards of behavior and professionalism among international coaches and staff.
  • Address and resolve employee issues, disputes, or complaints in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with coaches and employees to ensure job satisfaction and accountability.

Performance Management:

  • Implement performance evaluation systems to track coach and employee progress, including feedback from both management and clients.
  • Set clear performance metrics and goals, and track adherence to academy expectations.
  • Lead disciplinary actions when necessary, ensuring fairness and transparency.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Manage payroll and salary structures for international coaches and staff, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Handle performance-based incentives or bonuses as per the academy’s policies.
  • Manage employee benefits, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.

Holiday, Sick Leave, & Absence Management:

  • Track and manage holidays, sick leaves, and other absences for all coaches and staff.
  • Ensure employees adhere to leave policies and provide necessary documentation for sick leaves.
  • Coordinate coverage during coach absences to ensure smooth operations.

Recruitment, Contract Management & Onboarding:

  • Assist in the recruitment of international coaches, supporting job postings, screening, interviews, and selection processes.
  • Manage employment contracts, ensuring compliance with local and international labor laws, as well as visa requirements.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new hires to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork (contracts, visas, certifications) is in order for international hires.

Training & Development:

  • Identify training needs and organize professional development opportunities for staff.
  • Coordinate with coaching staff to ensure continuous improvement of coaching methods and strategies.

Compliance & Policy Management:

  • Ensure all employees comply with organizational policies, local laws, and professional standards.
  • Update and implement HR policies that align with the academy’s goals and international HR standards.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data privacy and security.

Student Record Management:

  • Oversee and ensure that all academy student records are up-to-date and managed efficiently.
  • Ensure accurate spelling, pitch locations, student details, contact numbers, and profile pictures are recorded correctly.
  • Regularly audit student records to identify and correct any errors, including the organisation of sheets and consistency in data entry.
  • Work closely with the team of administrators/accountants to standardize the record-keeping process, ensuring that all records are maintained in a central, easily accessible format.
  • Implement procedures to reduce spelling mistakes and data inconsistencies across all profiles.
  • Liaise with coaches and administrative staff to maintain data accuracy, ensuring all student profiles are complete with correct locations, contact information, and personal details.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of coach and employee performance, salaries, attendance, holidays, sick leave, and other HR-related documentation.
  • Provide regular reports to management on HR activities and employee status.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in sports or educational settings.
  • Strong understanding of payroll systems, labor laws, international employment regulations, and contract management.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with a diverse, multicultural team.
  • Problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Experience managing performance evaluations and addressing behavioral issues.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with international staff and understanding visa and employment requirements.
  • Knowledge of performance-based incentive structures, particularly in a sports environment.

Salary: 100,000PKR
