What You'll Do:
- Chat with customers over the phone, email, or chat – answering questions and solving problems.
- Keep folks updated on their orders and products in a friendly way.
- When things go wrong, jump in and fix them with a smile.
- Work with your team to make sure every customer leaves happy.
What You Need:
- Good English skills – you'll be talking to our US-based customers.
- A friendly attitude and a knack for making people feel heard.
- You can handle a busy day and juggle a few things at once.
- Attention to detail – it's the little things that make a big difference.
- Minimum qualification: Matriculation.
