Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Design robust, scalable, and secure features.
- Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
- Integrate data storage solutions such as databases, key-value stores, and others.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
- Stay informed about relevant new technologies and drive their continuous adoption and integration into design.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience:
- Proven work experience as a Ruby on Rails developer.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., AngularJS, React).
- Experience developing highly interactive applications.
- A deep understanding of object-oriented programming.
- Familiarity with concepts of MVC, Mocking, ORM, and RESTful.
- Ability to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system.
