• Maintain and update a Weekly Meeting Plan and Progress Report of business opportunities to keep a record of all of the meetings and the discussions.
  • Register the Company on the customer’s web portal for receiving notifications regarding business opportunities.
  • Maintain the database of the login credentials and update/change the password (if required).
  • Interact with the customer’s point of contact for any query received from the concerned departments regarding quality, quantity, brand and bid validity for resolution.
  • Assist in preparing and finalizing the information/quotation/proposals be submitted to the customer as per requirements.
  • Attend the quotation/proposals opening meeting and draft minutes of the meeting.
  • Update the Business Development Report on a regular basis and record reasons for loss (if any) after inquiring from the customer.
  • Follow up with the customers regarding evaluation results of the information/quotation/proposals.
  • Assist in obtaining input/confirmation on contract terms and conditions.
  • Maintain the signed contracts in a separate file for the record.
  • Perform any other tasks as may be assigned by Sales Head
  • Communication skills (written & spoken) must be strong enough to interact with clients on emails and in e- meetings whenever required.
  • Candidates with Upwork and Business Development experience will be preferred along with exceptional communication skills

Requirement:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
