Vertex Infotech Solutions is looking for Senior Lead QA Automation Engineer who can work within a dynamic, fast paced and focused team. You will be working in EST time zone. Our ideal candidate is an experienced QA Automation Engineer who thrives in an agile environment and has a passion for writing high-quality, maintainable code using the latest technologies. Candidate must have exposure on different domains and tools and is keen to follow up with any research activities. Work Location: Lahore, Pakistan (Onsite)
Office Timing: 07:00 PM to 03:00 AM (Pakistan Time)
What you will do:
- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks
- Mentor others in test automation and QA best practices
- Evaluate and propose use of new tools for continuous improvement and to drive automation strategies forward
- Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression)
- Explore new areas and technology to improve automation and QA efficiency
- Identify new approaches and suggest tools/techniques to fast track the automation effort
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and resolution skills
- Participate in the development, deployment, and administration of QA process, tools, and supporting technologies
- writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
What You Require:
- BS/MS in Information Technology, Computer Science, from a well reputed Institute
- Must have 8+ Years experience of Software Development
- Must have 3 to 5 years professional experience as QA Automation Engineer
- Hands on testing experience in multiple domains with mastery of test management lifecycle and developing test strategies.
- Must have handled QA Automation projects from start to finish with an understanding of how to establish a test management process.
- Understanding of multiple tools for automation, bug management and test management
- Ability to build QA Automation framework from Scratch
- Ability to lead team of QA Automation Engineers
- Experience of working with latest QA Automation tools and framework
- Strong Knowledge of working with software QA methodologies, tools, frameworks and processes
- Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD)
- Experience of working in Agile/Scrum environment
- Experience of working with Jira
- Must be eager to learn new skills and work in a fast-paced work environment
- Must have good organizational management and very strong English communications skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, deadline-driven, and flexible
