- Scheduling: Managing and organizing staff schedules to ensure proper coverage.
- Officer check-in: Verifying that officers are present and prepared before each shift starts.
- Updating Records: Maintaining and updating logs, reports, and incident sheets accurately.
- Communication with Guards: Ensuring constant communication with on-site guards for real-time updates and coordination.
- 24/7 Coverage: Guaranteeing that a control room operator is always online to monitor systems.
- Emailing Clients: Sending timely updates to clients regarding incidents or operational changes.
Note : The job will preferably be remote but for experienced professional full time employment on-site is available as well.
