If your answer is "Yes" then, We are looking for talented & experienced call center agents just like you to join us as "Verifier" in our Sales Verification department. Keep in mind that we are based in I-8 Markaz Islamabad. Role Summary: As a verifier, you will be responsible for professionally closing the sales calls of pre-qualified customers over the phone and transfer the prospect's call. You will be provided with excellent support, training and resources to become an excellent verifier . You should perform your role professionally and in a disciplined manner to rapidly succeed as a verifier . You will be demonstrating all the skills you learned in your prior experiences as call centre agent. Role & Requirements: You must have Minimum 1 YEAR experience on campaigns/projects as a verifier. You must be punctual, hard-working, disciplined & self-motivated with abilities to complete given tasks on time. You will be required to take Sales and Escalation calls from the customer support/sales agents in our outbound telesales department. An individual with profound verbal communication skills. Someone who has desire to learn, develop, and achieve the highest standards. You must be a target-oriented and highly motivated person. You must be available to work full-time in USA business hoursi.e. Night Shifts (6 PM TO 4 AM).
