We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Cold Calling Executive to join our digital agency. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to engage potential clients through outbound calls. Key Responsibilities

  1. Cold Calling and Lead Generation

    • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce our digital marketing services.
    • Generate and qualify leads by identifying potential client needs and interest areas.
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality prospects for the sales team.
  2. Articulate Value Propositions

    • Clearly communicate the benefits of services like social media marketing, SEO, branding, PPC, and web development.
    • Understand client pain points and present solutions to align with their business goals.
    • Confidently handle objections and turn rejections into opportunities.
  3. Achieve and Exceed Targets

    • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
    • Focus on quality over quantity, ensuring leads are relevant and likely to convert.
  4. Professional Representation

    • Represent the agency in a professional and positive manner on every call.
    • Build rapport with potential clients to create lasting impressions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation (preferably in a digital marketing or agency environment).
  • Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in CRM tools.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing services is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
