Java Developer

Seeking a skilled Java Developer with 1+ years of experience in software design and development using Java and J2EE technologies. The role involves leading teams, developing enterprise/web applications, and working with frameworks like JSF, Hibernate, and Struts.

Responsibilities:

Develop and deploy Java-based applications on platforms like Glassfish and Tomcat.
Ensure high-quality, performance-optimized code.
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Lead and mentor team members.
Conduct testing and system integration.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Java, J2EE (JSP, JDBC), and frameworks (JSF, Hibernate).
Experience with Oracle/MySQL databases and SQL.
Knowledge of MVC architecture and agile methodologies.
Strong object-oriented programming skills.
Experience with Windows and Linux environments.

Preferred:

Bachelor's/Master's in a related field.
Experience with telecom systems and agile/SCRUM.
Java and database certifications are a plus.
