Vector Solutions is seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to lead and facilitate agile project management processes for our development teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the team follows Scrum principles and practices effectively, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes continuous improvement and efficient delivery. With a strong focus on servant leadership, this role involves coaching and mentoring a team of 10 professionals, enabling them to achieve their full potential and deliver high-quality results aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrates high availability, responsiveness, and self-motivation. They play a key role in removing obstacles, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and ensuring all ceremonies run smoothly. This person acts as a bridge between product owners, stakeholders, and development teams, striving to optimize workflow and enhance team dynamics within Vector Solutions.
Responsibilities

Lead Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and productivity.
Coach and mentor a team of 10 members on Scrum principles, agile methodologies, and best practices to enhance team performance and collaboration.
Remove impediments and resolve conflicts that may hinder team progress or delivery timelines.
Collaborate closely with product owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog efficiently.
Monitor and report on sprint progress, team velocity, and project risks to stakeholders and leadership.
Facilitate communication and information flow between cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure transparency and clarity.
Promote continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and adopting new strategies to increase team efficiency and quality.
Support the adoption of agile tools, primarily JIRA, to track workflow, tasks, and sprint outcomes.
Ensure the team adheres to organizational standards and agile compliance requirements.
Drive initiatives to increase team engagement, motivation, and maintain high availability and responsiveness throughout project lifecycles.
