VBA Developer (Microsoft Access)

We are seeking a talented VBA Developer with strong expertise in MS Access to join our team full-time. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining database applications and automation solutions that improve business processes. This hands-on position requires writing efficient VBA code, building complex SQL queries, and integrating MS Access with other Microsoft Office applications and SQL Server. The role is based on-site and offers a competitive salary starting from Rs150,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain MS Access databases, including creating user-friendly front-end interfaces.
- Write, optimize, and debug VBA code for forms, reports, macros, and automation tasks.
- Construct complex SQL queries to support data retrieval and reporting requirements.
- Design relational database structures such as tables and relationships to ensure data integrity.
- Integrate MS Access with Excel, Outlook, and SQL Server to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and enhance existing VBA code and overall database performance.
- Migrate and upgrade legacy Access databases to improve functionality and maintainability.
- Implement robust data validation, error handling, and access control mechanisms.
- Document all code and database workflows thoroughly to support future maintenance and knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a VBA Developer specializing in MS Access.
- Strong proficiency in VBA programming, including forms, modules, macros, and event-driven coding.
- Solid experience in MS Access database design, covering tables, queries, and relationships.
- Good command of SQL for querying and managing databases effectively.
- Proven ability to integrate MS Access with Excel and Outlook using VBA.
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
