Chat Support Executive

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Customer Support Executive to drive sales and foster community engagement across social media platforms. We’re seeking a candidate with a background in the design industry and a passion for connecting with online communities.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with clients on Discord, Twitter, and Twitch to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Build and nurture positive client relationships to foster satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify client goals and align Vault21’s services to support their specific needs and objectives.
Keep clients engaged by regularly sharing updates, insights, and relevant content through email and social media.
Generate front-end sales and create upsell opportunities, consistently meeting monthly targets.

Requirements:

Freshers or up to 6 months of experience in a related field.
Familiarity with Discord, Twitter, and Twitch.
Interest or background in the digital or design industry.
Strong communication skills and a positive, client-focused attitude.
