We are seeking an experienced Business Development Associate/Lead Generation Specialist to join our sales team. As a BDA with 2-3 years of experience, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales pipeline, generating new leads, and qualifying prospects. Your expertise and sales acumen will contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify potential leads and target accounts in our defined market segments.
  • Execute outbound prospecting strategies, leveraging phone calls, emails, social media, and other channels to generate interest and create opportunities.
  • Engage in consultative selling, effectively articulating our value proposition and product benefits to prospects.
  • Qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening, assessing their needs, pain points, and potential fit.
  • Conduct effective discovery calls to understand prospects' business challenges, goals, and decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and ensure a seamless transition in the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and prospecting activities in our CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for qualified leads and conversion rates.
  • Continuously stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitors to provide valuable insights to the sales team.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize lead generation strategies, campaigns, and messaging.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Business Development Associate/Lead Generation Specialist or in a similar outbound sales role, preferably within a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of success in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage prospects effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills to navigate through sales conversations successfully.
  • Hands on experience with Linkedin Sales Navigator, Apollo, Zoom Info
  • Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of Accounting/Finance Services and understanding of our target market is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
