We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, that drive business growth and employee satisfaction. This role requires a strong leader capable of managing the day-to-day HR operations while also contributing to the long-term strategy of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies.
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including interviews, onboarding, and orientation programs.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Build strong relationships between management and staff to foster a positive work environment.
  • Address employee concerns and mediate conflicts, ensuring alignment with company policies.

Performance Management:

  • Oversee performance appraisal processes and implement KPIs.
  • Provide guidance to managers on handling employee performance and improvement plans.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or professional HR certification

Experience:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience
