Responsibilities

  • Identify and bid on suitable Upwork projects that align with our services and capabilities.
  • Write effective proposals that showcase our expertise and experience.
  • Communicate with clients and provide them with the necessary information to make an informed decision.
  • Negotiate project terms and pricing to ensure a win-win outcome for both parties.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with our team to understand our capabilities and tailor proposals to match the requirements of each project.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends and customer needs to inform bidding strategies.
  • Actively involve in training and development activities of new hires and trainees.
  • Other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
  • 1-2 years of experience in business development, with a focus on Upwork or similar freelance platforms.
  • Ability to understand technical project requirements and match them with company capabilities.
  • Strong written and verbal skills for proposal writing and client communication.
  • Ability to build relationships and ensure client satisfaction for repeat business.
  • Work with internal teams to align bids with project scope and capabilities.
  • Skilled in negotiating project terms and pricing for win-win outcomes.
