We are seeking a smart and hardworking individual with knowledge of phone software services for all kinds of iPhones and Android devices. The candidate should understand how phone software works, be able to solve related issues and provide excellent customer service. Knowledge of US SIM networks is a plus, and further training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues for iPhones and Android devices.
- Perform software installations, updates, and configurations.
- Provide effective solutions and support for common phone software problems.
- Communicate clearly with clients and team members.
- Lead and manage tasks with a proactive approach.
- Collaborate with the team to meet business goals.
Requirements:
- Basic to advanced knowledge of phone software services (training available for those with limited experience).
- Understanding of US SIM networks (further training provided).
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good English communication and business management skills.
- Ability to work in a team and lead by example.
- Positive attitude, loyalty, and dedication to the job.
