Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Research and generate compelling, well-structured, and SEO-friendly content for various platforms such as websites, blogs, articles, social media, and more.
  • Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant topics and keywords with high search volume and low competition. Incorporate these keywords strategically into the content to optimize search engine rankings.
  • SEO Optimization: Apply on-page optimization techniques such as meta tags, headings, URL structure, and internal linking to enhance the visibility of the content in search engine results pages (SERPs).
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with business objectives and target audience preferences. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve content performance.
  • Proofreading and Editing: Ensure all content is grammatically correct, error-free, and adheres to brand guidelines. Edit and proofread content to enhance clarity, readability, and overall quality.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of content using SEO tools and analytics platforms. Identify opportunities for optimization and provide recommendations to enhance content effectiveness.
  • Content Promotion: Participate in content promotion efforts, including social media sharing, guest blogging, and building backlinks to increase content visibility and reach.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as designers, developers, and marketers to create integrated content that meets business objectives and enhances the user experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an SEO Content Writer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of published articles and web content.
  • Excellent understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and on-page optimization techniques.
  • Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz, or SEMrush.
  • Strong research skills to gather information on various topics and industries.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to write in a clear, concise, and engaging manner, adapting content to different target audiences.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • A bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
