This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative based in Lahore.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrier Management: Effectively manage day-to-day dispatching needs.
- Communication: Maintain clear communication with carriers, providing real-time updates and addressing challenges.
- Customer Service: Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Compliance: Ensure operations comply with relevant laws and regulations, including safety regulations and hours of service.
- Problem Solving: Handle disruptions or emergencies, finding solutions to minimize downtime.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of transactions, dispatch orders, and relevant paperwork.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in Truck dispatch, with knowledge of key dispatch metrics and processes.
- Previous experience in sales of truck dispatching, with knowledge of sales cycles, processes, and customer relationship management techniques.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with clients and team members.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex logistics, sales, and dispatch operations.
- An understanding of truck dispatching.
