US Trucking Business Development Executive

ILS System is looking for motivated and confident Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to U.S. trucking companies and owner-operators through cold calling. Your main objective will be to introduce our dispatch services and convert interested carriers into active clients. This position provides an excellent opportunity to develop valuable sales skills while contributing to the expansion of a dynamic company.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to U.S. carriers and owner-operators
- Generate and qualify leads efficiently
- Clearly and persuasively present ILS System’s dispatch services
- Follow up with prospects to build and maintain strong relationships
- Schedule appointments and close agreements with new clients
- Maintain accurate daily call logs and sales reports
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and truck acquisition targets

Required Qualifications
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Confident and professional phone manner suitable for cold calling
- Previous experience in cold calling or sales is preferred but not required
- Self-motivated with a strong focus on achieving targets

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in trucking or dispatch services is an advantage
- Competitive salary ranging from PKR 20,000 to 50,000 per month, plus attractive commission incentives
- Full-time position based in Multan, working hours aligned with U.S. Eastern Standard Time (09:00 AM to 06:00 PM)
