UrbanSoft Technologies is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Lahore. The Sales Executive will be instrumental in driving sales of our digital services, with a primary focus on POS systems and custom software development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment and a deep understanding of the digital services landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the unique requirements of each prospect and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure alignment and support throughout the sales process.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Provide ongoing account management and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a minimum of [X] years of experience in selling digital services.
  • Strong understanding of POS systems, software development, and related technologies.
