We are seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Chat Support Sales Agents for our car inspection campaign. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to work during night hours.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through chat and provide information about car inspection services.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Upsell and cross-sell services where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Strong written communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Familiarity with car inspection services is a plus.
