About Us:

Responsibilities:

1. Calendar Management:

  • Efficiently manage and maintain the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Coordinate and prioritize appointments, ensuring optimal time management.

2. Communication:

  • Act as a liaison between the executive and various stakeholders, including clients, partners, and team members.
  • Respond to emails, phone calls, and inquiries promptly and professionally.

3. Travel Arrangements:

  • Arrange all aspects of travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
  • Anticipate and prepare for any travel-related needs or issues.

4. Task Coordination:

  • Assist with task prioritization and time management, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Organize and prepare documents, presentations, and reports as needed.

5. Personal Support:

  • Provide personal assistance as required, which may include shopping, errands, and other ad-hoc tasks.
  • Assist in managing personal appointments, such as medical visits and social engagements.

6. Event Planning:

  • Assist in organizing both professional and personal events, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Coordinate logistics, invitations, and follow-up activities.

7. Confidentiality:

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

8. Research:

  • Research various topics to support decision-making and project requirements.

9. Administrative Tasks:

  • Perform administrative duties, such as filing, record keeping, and maintaining office supplies.

10. Adaptability:

  • Be flexible and willing to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in using productivity tools and software.
  • Discreet and trustworthy, with a high level of integrity.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs.
