Upwork Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Upwork Growth Specialist to manage and expand two well-established Upwork profiles located in North Nazmabad, Karachi. This is an onsite position with night shift hours from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM. The primary goal is to consistently generate monthly revenue by strategically managing profiles and engaging with clients. The ideal candidate will be highly target-driven, capable of securing high-quality projects, and adept at maintaining strong client relationships. This role offers a competitive fixed salary along with a commission-based incentive.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and bid on high-quality jobs daily to maximize project acquisition opportunities.
- Manage and optimize both Upwork profiles to ensure they remain competitive and appealing to premium clients.
- Develop personalized, high-converting proposals tailored specifically to client requirements.
- Handle all client communications and follow-ups promptly and professionally.
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls to facilitate effective deal closures.
- Continuously refine profiles, portfolios, keywords, and overall strategies to improve visibility and attractiveness.
- Target premium clients in specialized areas such as 2D Animation, 3D Animation, SaaS Explainer Videos, Product Demo Videos, Motion Graphics, and Video Production.
- Prepare and submit weekly reports detailing applications submitted, interviews conducted, deals closed, and revenue generated.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Upwork bidding and account management with a demonstrated history of success.
- Excellent written English skills and strong client communication abilities.
- Expertise in crafting compelling proposals and employing effective sales techniques.
- Experience selling services related to 2D/3D animation, SaaS explainer videos, product demos, or motion graphics.
- Ability to work independently with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding monthly revenue targets.

Compensation and Work Environment
This position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs200,000, dependent on performance and commission. The role requires onsite presence during night shifts at the North Nazmabad office in Karachi.
