Upwork Account Manager

We are looking for an entry-level Upwork Account Manager who has a basic understanding of the Upwork platform and is enthusiastic about developing their skills within a collaborative team. This role involves identifying relevant job opportunities, preparing tailored proposals, maintaining client communication, and supporting the successful closure of projects. The position is part-time and requires onsite presence in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, with working hours scheduled in the evening.

Key Responsibilities
- Setting up and optimizing Upwork profiles to improve visibility and attractiveness
- Creating and managing portfolios and project catalogs to showcase skills and experience
- Optimizing skills and keywords to enhance search rankings on the platform
- Conducting daily research to find suitable job postings aligned with company goals
- Writing and submitting customized proposals consistently on a daily basis
- Maintaining regular communication and follow-ups with potential and existing clients
- Handling interviews and managing client interactions in a professional manner
- Assisting with price negotiations and facilitating contract closures
- Continuously maintaining and updating profiles to boost success rates and opportunities

Required Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of how Upwork functions, including the proposal submission process
- Good command of English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fresh graduates or beginners are encouraged to apply, provided they have the willingness to learn and grow

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- This is a part-time, onsite role based in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, near Bait-ul-Mukarram Masjid. Candidates must reside locally to be considered.
- Working hours are from 7 PM to 12 AM, with a minimum commitment of 3 hours and a maximum of 5 hours daily, for 22 days each month. Saturdays and Sundays are off.
- The monthly salary ranges from Rs 12,000 to Rs 16,000.
- Additional commission is offered for every successfully closed Upwork deal, providing an opportunity to increase earnings based on performance.
