You will be expected to maintain a clean and well-serviced vehicle and adhere to strict compliance with legal and company policies. Being punctual, responsible, and attentive to vehicle condition are crucial aspects of the position. Although this role does not involve managing a team, strong self-management and discipline are essential to perform your duties effectively. As a Driver at Upscale Travel and Fleet, you will uphold the highest standards of professionalism and courtesy while interacting with customers and colleagues. The role includes conducting daily vehicle inspections, reporting any issues immediately, and ensuring the safety and security of passengers, luggage, and company property. Compliance with all government regulations, including carrying necessary documentation such as a valid driving license and vehicle papers, is mandatory. This position requires at least one year of driving experience and a commitment to upholding company policies, including prohibition of substance use while on duty and restrictions on mobile phone usage during driving.
Responsibilities

Transport passengers or goods safely to their destinations by following assigned routes and schedules.
Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, speed limits, and road safety regulations to ensure a secure driving environment.
Carry and present all necessary documentation, including a valid Driving License, CNIC, and vehicle-related papers during duty.
Perform daily inspections of the vehicle before commencing trips, checking fuel levels, tire condition, brakes, lights, engine oil, and coolant.
Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the vehicle at all times, ensuring it is well-maintained and operational.
Report any accidents, damages, traffic fines, or mechanical problems to the company immediately for timely resolution.
Ensure that seat belts are worn by the driver and all passengers for safety compliance during transportation.
Prohibit the use of mobile phones while driving unless a hands-free device is used to prevent distractions.
Abstain from smoking, alcohol, drugs, or any illegal substance consumption during working hours or while operating the vehicle.
Ensure the safety and security of passengers, luggage, and company property throughout the journey.
Maintain a professional, polite, and respectful demeanor with customers and company staff at all times.
Prevent unauthorized persons from operating the company vehicle to safeguard company assets and liability.
Report promptly to duty and strictly follow the assigned schedule to uphold operational efficiency.
