About the role!

Main Responsibilities

Lead new product initiatives and other marketing initiatives.

  • Define and select advertising objectives, work closely with external agencies to bring out the best piece of work, discuss communication mediums, investment mix, and outcome for delivering the best results.
  • Spread the word, leading growth of our digital platforms across all brands with an entrepreneurial mindset to drive digital as a key platform. Leading digital and integrating e-commerce to drive business effectiveness and develop channel of the future for this category with genuinely creative ideas.
  • Collect, compile, verify and analyze data through qualitative and quantitative means periodically to identify by next best opportunity with actionable insights. Develop a knowledge base of the organization’s product line.
  • Continuously understand ongoing business performance using key diagnostics of share and growth trends, key initiatives, activities, competitive activity and return on marketing investment to steer results and suggest changes in activity and plan incase not yielding desired results. Follow ups with vendors to ensure quality is delivered as per commitment to drive results.
  • Ownership of brand plans and its performance by keeping a close watch on execution and its returns. Driving campaign on ground in trade level to ensure seamless connection with consumers/shoppers. Prepare and monitor activity calendar; monitor volumes, achievement vs forecast.
  • Assist in Monitor budget on an ongoing basis, work closely with external partners to efficiently and timely process expenses.
  • Actively participate in generating ideas to increasing penetration and driving growth.
  • Liaise with sales team, field sales team, trade marketing, and activation to support campaigns to achieve targets and market share.
  • Project and network management from idea to market execution.
