a.  Performs a variety of support tasks that are highly confidential and sensitive related to administration.

b.      Maintenance of Head Office including the outside of the premises (general repairs & maintenance, janitorial, office equipment).

c.      Maintaining inventory of all company equipment, machinery, furniture, and fixtures.

d.      Ensure provision of all office utilities including electricity, gas, telephone and fax lines, etc.

e.      Ensure proper and timely provision of stationery.

f.       Ensure high standards of office decorum and work hygiene are maintained at all times. Conducting internal audits for the same and submitting reports to the management.

g.    Ensures accurate location-wise inventory of Fixed Assets through tagging, record keeping, and reconciliation.

h.      Prepare yearly Admin Budget and ensure the entire function performs within the assigned budget.

i.       Development of Purchase requisition process and monitoring of the same.

j.       Payment and record keeping of all administration-related works.

k.      Ensures all purchasing of office items/supplies etc. is done cost-effectively.

l.       Ensure proper lighting and fascia displays in the office.

m.    Supervision of peons, guards & sweepers, and their assigned tasks in a proper manner.

n.      Maintaining suppliers list for administration tasks and price comparisons.

o.      Recommending Management about new office needs.

p.      Proper vehicle management.

q.      Dealing with government bodies with diplomacy.

r.      Assists in developing, documenting, and implementing continuous improvement of administrative processes to streamline work.

s.      Responsible of Government taxes regarding office payments and maintaining their records.

t.    Ensures that office maintenance such as electrical, plumbing, office space, movements, etc. are executed efficiently.

u.      Development of security plans with the help of management for the entire company.

v.      Manages special projects as needed.

w.     Promote a technology-driven, paperless office culture in coordination with IT.

x.      Performing the tasks/functions as assigned by supervision and management from time to time.
