Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive Facebook, Google Ads, and Social Ads strategies, optimizing campaign performance for diverse client portfolios.
  • Manage monthly paid advertising budgets effectively to ensure optimal ROI and client satisfaction.
  • Explore emerging media avenues and contribute to strategic media plans for enhanced campaign reach and effectiveness.
  • Conduct in-depth audience research to inform precise campaign segmentation and targeting strategies.
  • Implement advanced tracking and analytics techniques to measure campaign performance and provide insightful recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with creative teams to develop high-converting ad creatives aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Craft compelling ad copy, conduct thorough keyword research, and facilitate seamless integration between organic and paid search efforts.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and algorithm changes, adapting strategies and tactics accordingly to maximize campaign success.
  • Analyze campaign performance using reporting tools and metrics, offering strategic insights and optimization recommendations to achieve client goals.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid media management.
  • Proficiency in Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools, demonstrating a deep understanding of campaign setup, optimization, and performance measurement.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights to drive campaign success.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO principles and various digital marketing channels, contributing to holistic marketing strategies.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with tracking, web analysis, and CRM tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, Tableau, Google Optimize, Hotjar, and HubSpot.

Skills:

  • Extensive experience managing Paid Search and Social Media platforms, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics and other digital marketing software, leveraging data to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Understanding of product-led marketing funnels and lead lifecycle processes, driving customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot and Intercom, facilitating seamless integration and data-driven marketing initiatives.
  • Proactive personality with a positive outlook, thriving in collaborative team environments and contributing effectively to project success.
