About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable WordPress & Elementor Developer to help manage, maintain, and optimize a growing portfolio of websites. We focus heavily on modern, minimal, and editorial design aesthetics, building tailored digital experiences that look great and perform beautifully.
As our projects scale, we need a steady set of hands to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes—from routine updates and bug fixes to building out new pages that match our design standards. What You’ll Be Doing
- Website Maintenance: Perform regular updates, backups, and security checks on active client sites to ensure peak performance.
- Page Building & Editing: Create and modify pages using WordPress and the Elementor page builder, ensuring they align with our modern, clean design aesthetic.
- Code Tweaks & Troubleshooting: Write and adjust custom CSS, JavaScript, and occasional PHP snippets to fix responsive layout issues or add custom functionality.
- Workflow Optimization: Utilize AI tools and modern workflows to automate repetitive tasks, generate boilerplate code, and keep projects moving efficiently.
- Quality Assurance: Test sites across different devices and browsers to guarantee a flawless, mobile-first user experience.
What We’re Looking For
- The Tech Skills: Strong, hands-on experience with WordPress and Elementor is a must. You should also be comfortable diving into HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic PHP when the page builder isn't enough.
- An Eye for Design: You don't need to be a lead designer, but it's a plus if you appreciate aesthetics, knowing exactly how to translate a high-end design into a functional, responsive web page.
- A Problem Solver: You aren't afraid to troubleshoot a broken layout or figure out why a specific plugin is causing a conflict.
- Forward-Thinking: You are open to using AI tools for code generation or workflow automation to work smarter, not harder.
- Organized & Communicative: You can manage your own time, keep track of multiple active projects, and communicate clearly with the team.
