About the Role
We Are Real is a 360° real estate and property development design agency known for high-quality brand communication, marketing materials, and digital presence. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a reliable freelance graphic designer to support our design team remotely. You'll work closely with our Design Leads, executing a wide range of print and digital tasks based on clear briefings — helping us deliver consistently strong visual output across all client projects.
Tasks:
- Execute print layouts (property brochures, exposés, ads, signage) in Adobe InDesign, following the existing corporate design guidelines
- Create and maintain web and social assets (landing pages, banners, post graphics) in Figma and Elementor/WordPress
- Image editing and retouching in Photoshop, including architectural and interior photography
- Creation of icons, infographics, and custom vector graphics in Adobe Illustrator
- Implement clearly defined briefings, including format variants, adjustments, and print-ready artwork (bleed, color spaces, scaling)
- Incorporate feedback from internal review rounds, working directly with the Design Lead
- Independently maintain clean file organization and version control
Requirements:
- Proven professional experience as a graphic designer; portfolio showing BOTH print and digital work required
- Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Experience with Figma; knowledge of Elementor/WordPress a plus
- Strong eye for typography, layout/grid, and visual style in a real estate / premium context
- Fluent written and spoken English required (German a plus, not required)
- Reliable availability with meaningful overlap with German working hours (CET/CEST)
- Independent, deadline-driven work style; handles revision rounds cleanly
- Understanding of brand and layout guidelines — no unsolicited "redesigning" without consultation
