This role focuses on ensuring the proper installation, maintenance, and repair of network equipment at customer locations, delivering prompt technical support and maintaining high standards of equipment functionality. The candidate will interact directly with customers to diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and network reliability. The Customer Premises Associate is responsible for managing various technical tasks related to network equipment within customer environments, including installation, repair, and ongoing maintenance. Clear communication skills are essential to effectively convey technical information and provide superior support. While the role does not require team management, it demands proactive problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong commitment to quality service delivery. Responsibilities

Perform network equipment installation at customer premises according to company standards and customer requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure continuous customer service.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers, explaining equipment functionality and resolving operational problems.
Maintain and carry out routine maintenance on network and telecommunication equipment to prevent faults and extend service life.
Document installation and maintenance activities accurately, reporting any complex issues to higher-level technical teams.
Ensure compliance with safety and electrical standards during all installation and maintenance tasks.
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate service delivery and improve customer experience.
Conduct site surveys to assess installation feasibility and identify potential technical challenges prior to deployment.
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach.
Stay current with technological advancements in telecommunications and electrical installation to enhance skill sets.
