Sales Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Officer in the Building Materials industry. As a Sales Officer, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, providing them with product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and a passion for building materials, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities by prospecting and qualifying potential customers
Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Provide product information and recommendations to customers based on their needs
Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products
Negotiate and close sales deals with customers to meet or exceed sales targets
Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and tactics
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and potential opportunities

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the building materials industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Results-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Proficient in using CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer relationships
Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry trade shows or conferences
