We are seeking a Production In Charge to join our team in the Building Materials industry.

  • As the Production In Charge, you will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day operations of our production facility.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the entire production process, ensuring that production targets are met efficiently and effectively
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth production flow and on-time delivery of products
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline production processes and improve overall efficiency
  • Train and supervise production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure safety and quality standards are always met
  • Monitor production performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as procurement, inventory management, and quality control, to optimize resources and minimize costs
  • Continuously track and analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
  • Lead and participate in lean manufacturing initiatives, driving process optimization and waste reduction efforts
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and accountability among the production team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a production management role within the building materials industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Solid understanding of production planning, scheduling, and inventory management principles
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficient in using industry-specific software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is highly desirable
