Plant Operator

We are seeking Plant Operators to join our team in the Building Materials industry. As a Plant Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high-quality standards. From handling raw materials to monitoring equipment, your efforts will contribute to the efficient and safe production of our building materials.

Responsibilities:

Operate and control equipment used in the production process, such as crushers, mixers, and kilns
Monitor gauges, meters, and control panels to ensure proper functioning of machinery
Conduct routine inspections and perform maintenance tasks on equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance
Handle and transport raw materials, such as limestone and clay, to the production area
Collaborate with other team members to achieve production targets and quality goals
Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a secure work environment
Complete production reports and maintain accurate records of materials used and output produced

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a Plant Operator or similar role in the Building Materials industry
Knowledge of operating and troubleshooting machinery used in production processes
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Excellent physical stamina and ability to work in an outdoor environment
Solid understanding of safety practices and procedures in an industrial setting
Good communication and teamwork skills
