Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to polish their product research and pricing skills.
Lead and motivate the team and assist provide them with strategies to achieve optimal sales results.
Collaboration:
Product Research & Competitor Analysis:
Identify high-demand products in the Canadian market to list in the Amazon marketplace.
Analyze competitors’ product listings and pricing structures to create internal strategies to gain competitive advantage.
Data Analytics & Inventory Management:
Use data analytics and inventory management tools like BQool and Helium to make informed decisions related to inventories, product listings, and pricing decisions.
Regularly analyze total sales and customer reviews to optimize product offerings.
Performance Monitoring:
Implement the right KPIs and report to the director to discuss suggestions regarding future performance.
Keep track of inventory quantity, product quality, output, and pricing to maintain efficient operations and a competitive pricing strategy.
