We are seeking a proficient Odoo Accounting Specialist to oversee and enhance accounting operations within the Odoo ERP system. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of accounting principles, along with hands-on experience in configuring and utilizing Odoo’s accounting, purchasing, inventory, and sales modules to improve financial and operational processes and ensure accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Price Lists, Loyalty Programs, Coupons, Invoicing, Sales Tax, Bill Control, Blanket Orders, Vendor Pricelists, Re-ordering, Inventory Management, Bank Reconciliations, and Budgeting.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional OODO applications to integrate accounting workflows effectively.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to the Odoo accounting module.
- Assess and refine current accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Stay informed about updates to the Odoo platform, accounting standards, and best practices.
Requirements
- ACCA qualification.
- Proficiency in OODO Accounting, Sales, Purchase, and Inventory Software.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Capacity to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
