We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Unitech International, a leading provider of engineering solutions in tha HVAC sector. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by promoting and selling our range of engineering products and services to a diverse clientele.
Responsibilities:
i) Identify and proactively pursue sales opportunities by researching and targeting potential clients in the engineering industry.
ii) Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their specific engineering needs and providing tailored solutions
iii) Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our engineering solutions.
iv) Collaborate closely with the engineering team to understand the technical aspects of our products and effectively communicate their value proposition to clients.
v) Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, quotes, and contracts, negotiating terms and closing deals.
vi) Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and technological advancements in the engineering sector to stay ahead of market changes.
vii) Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the sales manager, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
Requirements:
i) Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
ii) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
iii) Proactive and self-motivated, with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
iv) Willingness to travel to client sites, industry conferences, and trade shows as required.
v) Fluent in spoken and written English
vi) Should have basic skills of working on Microsoft Word/Excel/Powerpoint/outlook etc.
