Store keeper

Union Developers is seeking a diligent Store Keeper with extensive experience to oversee the efficient management of inventory within our organization. The candidate will be responsible for organizing, controlling, and supervising the stock of materials in the warehouse to ensure smooth operations. This role requires careful attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records while managing a team of three persons to coordinate daily activities. The Store Keeper will play a vital role in maintaining stock levels, conducting regular audits, and ensuring that all materials are stored securely. Working closely with internal teams and suppliers, the Store Keeper must ensure the timely retrieval and dispatch of items. Strong organizational skills, inventory management expertise, and effective team leadership are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities

Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials in accordance with company policies.
Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock audits to prevent discrepancies.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of three store personnel to ensure efficient operations.
Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and all materials are stored safely to prevent damage or loss.
Collaborate with procurement and project teams to forecast material requirements and maintain optimum stock levels.
Implement and maintain appropriate inventory control procedures to minimize waste and loss.
Report inventory status, shortages, or issues promptly to management for timely resolution.
Enforce health and safety standards within the storage area to provide a safe work environment.
Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams for timely delivery and dispatch of goods.
Train and mentor store staff to improve performance and adherence to inventory policies.
