Dyeing Incharge + Operator + Master

Unicon International Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Dyeing Incharge + Operator + Master to oversee and manage all aspects of the dyeing process. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in the dyeing field and be proficient in color matching, dyeing process control, and chemical handling. This role requires comprehensive knowledge of dyeing techniques to ensure high-quality outputs, maintain safety standards, and improve production efficiency. The role involves managing a team of four persons, providing leadership, training, and supervision to ensure smooth operations. The candidate must be detail-oriented, capable of troubleshooting issues during the dyeing process, and fostering communication across the production team. Candidates based in or near the Korangi industrial area in Karachi are encouraged to apply as familiarity with the local industry environment is preferred.
Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the entire dyeing process to ensure color accuracy and high-quality finished products.
Supervise a team of four dyeing staff members, providing guidance and support to maintain operational efficiency and safety.
Implement and monitor dyeing process control procedures, including chemical usage and machine operations.
Conduct color matching and quality checks to meet product specifications and customer requirements.
Train and mentor team members on best practices, safety standards, and effective dyeing techniques.
Handle and manage chemicals safely, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Identify process improvements and troubleshoot issues related to dyeing machinery or chemical formulations.
Maintain production records and prepare reports related to dyeing activities and team performance.
Coordinate with other departments to meet production schedules and resolve any workflow challenges.
Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of dyeing machines and equipment.
