Job Timings are 5 PM - 2 AM

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager who can efficiently manage the day-to-day operations of our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing administrative activities, maintaining office efficiency, and providing support to various teams within the company. As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, creating a positive work environment, and fostering strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee daily office operations, including coordinating and scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all internal and Foreign (US English) communications, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
  • Ensure efficient organization and filing of documents, both physical and electronic, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for staff members as needed.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including coordinating orientation, preparing new hire paperwork, and setting up workstations.
  • Support various teams within the company by providing administrative assistance, scheduling meetings, and preparing necessary materials.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts, monitoring service quality, and processing invoices.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization, and ensure a safe and comfortable working environment for all employees.
  • Coordinate office events and activities, such as team-building exercises, celebrations, and charity initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English (compulsory)
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in using office software and equipment, including MS Office Suite and office management software.
  • Detail-oriented and resourceful, with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also being a team player.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
