Responsibilities:
1. Account Management: Manage and optimize our Amazon seller account, including product listing creation, inventory management, and pricing strategies.
2. Listing Optimization: Conduct thorough keyword research and optimize product titles, descriptions, bullet points, and backend keywords to improve search rankings and drive organic traffic.
3. PPC Campaigns: Set up and manage Amazon PPC campaigns to drive targeted traffic, increase visibility, and maximize conversions.
4. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and ensure timely restocking to prevent stockouts and drive continuous sales.
5. Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify market trends, pricing strategies, and other insights to maintain a competitive edge.
6. Performance Analytics: Analyze sales metrics, conversion rates, and various performance indicators to identify areas of improvement and implement data-driven strategies.
7. Reviews and Ratings Management: Proactively monitor and respond to customer reviews and ratings to maintain a positive brand image and customer satisfaction.
8. Customer Service: Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
9. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest Amazon policies, algorithms, and industry trends to implement best practices and optimize performance.
Requirements:
1. years of experience working with Amazon Seller Center, preferably in the sports goods industry or e-commerce.
2. Strong knowledge of Amazon policies, guidelines, and best practices for selling on the platform.
3. Proficiency in optimizing product listings for keywords and driving organic traffic.
4. Experience with Amazon PPC campaigns and knowledge of effective campaign management strategies.
5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and performance data to drive decision-making.
6. Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively manage customer inquiries and reviews.
7. Detail-oriented and well-organized, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
8. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
