We wish from you that have:
- Successful completion of a college diploma or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of successful customer service and/or sales experience.
- Experience working in a software, technical and/or e-commerce organization, providing customer service and/or sales support.
- Detail oriented and excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines.
- Ability to think on your feet, by assessing, planning and strategic troubleshooting.
- Self-motivated and driven professional.
- Addressing customer queries and follow-ups
- Ecommerce orders fulfilment, dispatching & follow-ups
- Strong analytical skills.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- You have experience or interest in E-Commerce.
- Good English communication skills.
In this role, you will be:
- Responsible for handing customer inquiries, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
- Provide customer follow up to ensure the customer is satisfied.
- Responsible for keeping customer records and processing customer orders.
- Responsible to know all product use, benefits and pricing structure.
- Traveling with in the city for various other tasks as required.
