We’re looking for an Amazon Inventory Coordinator. The role is perfect for you if you are detail-oriented, highly organized, analytical, enjoy working with spreadsheets, and are a proactive communicator. If this describes you, we want you to be part of our team. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of Amazon FBA inventory for multiple clients.

Responsibilities:

Create 90-day forecasts for all clients.
Check Amazon FBA inventory levels for all clients weekly.
Create Amazon FBA shipments.
Distribute shipping labels and all FBA details to clients.
Reconcile all shipments and request reimbursements if needed.
Identify efficiencies and cost reductions for packaging and logistics.
Coordinate warehouse staff efforts to ensure orders are met, assembly is clean and efficient, and the team is focused on current objectives.

Qualifications:

Experience managing UPCs in the Amazon ecosystem.
Experience coordinating order fulfillment activities.
High proficiency with various software programs, including Excel, and adaptable to quickly learning various platforms.
Professional and clear communication verbally and in writing, as well as the ability to actively listen.
Excellent time management skills, including the ability to multitask, juggle multiple assignments, and meet deadlines.
High level of organizational skills with patience and persistence in all tasks and responsibilities.
Proactive mindset to improve skills and qualifications, learn new best practices, and adapt to a growing and evolving field.
Excellent math skills and ability to think confidently and accurately.
