Female telemarketer

Umidigi is seeking a motivated Female Telemarketer to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers through phone calls and other communication channels to promote our products and services. You will play a crucial role in generating new leads, qualifying prospective clients, and maintaining positive customer relationships to drive sales growth. This position requires excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs. As a telemarketer at Umidigi, you will work closely with the sales department to support various campaigns and contribute to achieving sales targets. While this role does not involve managing a team, it demands strong self-motivation and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. You will use your skills in customer relationship management, lead generation, and lead qualification to identify potential sales opportunities and help build a pipeline of satisfied customers.
Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote Umidigis products and services.
Generate and qualify sales leads by assessing customer needs and interests.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the customer relationship management system.
Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to ensure high conversion rates.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving lead generation and conversion.
Achieve individual and team sales targets through persistent and professional telesales techniques.
Provide feedback from customers to assist in product development and service improvements.
Stay informed about company products, promotions, and market trends to provide accurate information to customers.
Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions to close sales effectively.
