Role, Duties and Responsibilities
- Counselling and assessing student profiles according to their eligibility and requirements
- Advising and assisting students in choosing the right course of study and university according to their interests and career aspirations
- Guiding students and or their parents through the UK universities admission process
- To make sure that all prospect admissions are followed up according to the follow-up policy
- Responsible for allocated admission enquiries, and admission of direct students
- Meeting the assigned targets
- Providing guidance for UK student visa application
- Sales and marketing
- To keep a close eye on the number of admissions and queries each week
- Taking part in marketing campaigns on your own or as a part of the team
- Responsible to deal with the leads generated through social media campaigns or any other channels
- Responsible to provide excellent service to all students at all times. To be fully equipped to provide answers and/or solutions to any student queries
- Responsible to receive all calls with professionalism and deal with them with great customer service
Preference: Female Only
Office times:
Monday to Friday: 10 am till 7 pm
Saturday: 10 am till 4 pm
