As our Social Media Marketing Manager, you will be the key player in managing our client’s social media presence, with a focus on Facebook and Instagram business accounts. You'll gradually start by managing one account, with the potential to expand to up to 20 business accounts (10 Facebook pages and 10 Instagram accounts). This is a work-from-home position with flexible hours, but we expect commitment to deadlines and availability as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage up to 20 business assets (10 Facebook pages and 10 Instagram accounts).
  • Plan, execute, and manage ads and campaigns.
  • Monitor KPIs and refine strategies using analytics for both organic and paid campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, social media platform updates, and algorithm changes to optimize campaign performance.
  • Strategize and manage ad budgets, audience targeting, and segmentation for maximum ROI.
  • Implement A/B testing, troubleshoot performance issues, and optimize campaigns in real-time based on analytics feedback.
  • Create engaging graphics (posters, reels, videos, stories) and write compelling posts.
  • Develop and maintain monthly content calendars, ensuring consistent posting aligned with business objectives.
  • Generate monthly reports, analyze performance data, and provide actionable insights.
  • Assist in devising and refining business strategies for optimal results.
  • Contribute to the design and execution of effective campaigns.
  • Additionally, should be able to manage Google Business Listings, run Google Ads, optimize for SEO, and set up and manage Facebook Pixel for tracking and analytics as needed to support campaigns.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing and social media management (5 years preferred).
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in running paid ad campaigns across major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and Twitter.
  • Must be proficient in using platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other digital advertising tools for campaign creation, optimization, and reporting.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics, A/B test different ad creatives, and optimize campaigns based on data to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva.
  • Must be able to manage ad budgets effectively, plan ad spend, and allocate resources to achieve maximum campaign performance without exceeding budget constraints.
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, and the ability to create custom audiences based on consumer behaviors and interests.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights to generate detailed campaign performance reports and recommend improvements.
  • Proven ability to drive return on investment (ROI).
  • Proven copywriting skills to create engaging and persuasive social media content that aligns with brand voice.
  • Ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in additional platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, Google, and email marketing is highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
  • Ability to create content across various niches such as fast food, healthcare, real estate, and automotive industries.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PDF tools is required for managing reports and documentation.
  • Preferred experience with European audiences.

Technical Requirements

  • Must have a reliable laptop or desktop capable of handling graphic design and social media tools.
  • Strong, stable internet connection for regular online meetings and content uploading.
  • Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) for ongoing communication.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, such as ChatGPT and other key AI platforms for social media management, is required to enhance efficiency and content creation.
