Duties and Responsibilities:
You would be working with a close sales team, contacting potential customers by telephone, email, and other types of communication. These customers have expressed an interest in the removal service and the leads have been generated from the website and our partner websites.
The aim of the role is to fully understand the client's requirements, offer them some options, give quotations on costs and advice on services, or schedule appointments for surveyors. Ideally, the aim is to negotiate the price with the customer over the phone or via email and close the deal.
What we need:
You are a very active, welcoming, warm, and understanding person who can spark the relationships with the customer over the phone in the first minutes of the conversation.
Essential experience required:
- A proven B2C telephone sales track record or similar
- The skills and drive to close sales appointments on the phone
- Be capable of handling objections and thinking outside the box
- The ability to build client relationships from a standing start
- Use of CRM system
Personal Skills:
- Experience in relationship management
- The ability to communicate and work with people at all levels
- Excellent command of the English language both spoken and written and a positive engaging telephone manner
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Client focussed with excellent influencing skills
- Self-motivated
Remuneration :
- 125PKR-200 PKR per hour depending on the experience
