TAUT, a dynamic company based in Karachi, is looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX, Logo, and Website Designer to join their team full-time on an onsite basis. This role requires working the night shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing modern websites, mobile and web applications, logos, and comprehensive brand identities. The position involves close collaboration with clients, developers, project managers, and QA teams to deliver visually appealing, user-friendly, responsive, and conversion-focused digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design modern, responsive, and conversion-focused websites tailored to client requirements.
- Create UI/UX designs for websites, mobile applications, dashboards, and web applications.
- Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
- Design landing pages, corporate websites, e-commerce platforms, and SaaS interfaces.
- Create original and professional logo concepts aligned with the client’s industry, vision, and target audience.
- Develop brand identities, style guides, design systems, and reusable UI components to ensure consistency.
- Maintain design consistency across all digital platforms and touchpoints.
- Conduct competitor research and analyze current industry design trends to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle to ensure quality and timeliness.
- Revise and improve designs based on feedback and usability requirements to optimize user experience.
Required Qualifications:
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, website design, logo design, or branding.
- Proficient in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of responsive web design and mobile-first design principles.
- Solid knowledge of typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, layouts, and user experience principles.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and design systems.
- Ability to produce modern website designs and professional brand identities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain visual consistency across projects.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.
Portfolio Requirement:
A portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects, website designs, mobile app designs, logos, and branding work is mandatory for consideration.
Compensation and Work Location:
This is an onsite position based in Karachi, offering a monthly salary ranging from Rs. 90,000 to Rs. 120,000.
