- Perform thorough testing of new features and functionalities across multiple platforms (web, mobile, etc.) to ensure quality and reliability.
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Execute test cases (manual and automated) and analyze results to identify and report defects, ensuring accurate defect tracking and timely resolution.
- Collaborate closely with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback on design and implementation.
- Participate actively in Agile/Scrum meetings, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to improving QA processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, new testing tools, and techniques to continuously improve our QA process and deliverables.
