UBM Technologies is seeking a dedicated Content Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in producing engaging, clear, and original content across various topics. This role requires strong skills in content creation, SEO optimization, keyword research, and the use of content management systems. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to independently generate creative ideas, adapt quickly to new topics, and deliver content tailored for diverse audiences. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential to convey messages effectively and maintain a high standard of quality in all written materials. Experience with SEO techniques and tools will enhance the impact of the content by improving its search engine visibility and engagement.
In this role, you will work closely with editors and marketing teams to produce content that supports our digital presence, including social media content and affiliate marketing initiatives. Familiarity with foreign languages and the use of AI translation tools is advantageous. Experience with project management practices will help in handling multiple assignments and delivering them on schedule. This position does not involve team management but requires strong individual initiative and excellent organizational skills to meet deadlines and maintain a consistent flow of quality content.
Responsibilities
- Create original, well-researched content tailored to various platforms, including websites, blogs, and social media channels.
- Optimize content for SEO by incorporating researched keywords to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and audience analysis to ensure content relevance and engagement.
- Manage content using Content Management Systems such as WordPress to publish and update articles accurately and efficiently.
- Edit and proofread content to maintain high linguistic standards, correct grammar, and ensure consistency in tone and style.
- Collaborate with marketing and SEO teams to align content strategies with company goals and campaign needs.
- Utilize Google Analytics and SEO tools like Ahrefs to monitor content performance and generate reports for continuous improvement.
- Develop social media content that increases brand awareness and fosters community engagement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to apply innovative content creation techniques.
- Leverage affiliate marketing knowledge to create targeted content that supports promotional campaigns.
- Adapt quickly to new topics and content areas, demonstrating flexibility and creativity in writing.
- Employ research skills to gather accurate information and data to support content credibility.
